The 90/180 rule in one paragraph
If you visit the Schengen area without a visa (UK passport holders included), your total stay must be no more than 90 days in any 180-day period. The 180-day period rolls: on any day, look back 180 days and count the days you were in the area. The day you enter and the day you leave both count. It doesn’t matter how many Schengen countries you visit.
